We spend more time thinking about and working with our clients than we do with our families.
So, when someone says “…don’t take it personally…” we disagree. It’s the only way we can take it.
The work we do for our clients is, after all, an investment made by each of us. Every day with every assignment. It’s a personal investment of irrecoverable time, brain power, creative energy, talent and skills.
We’re not happy when we fail. And we take every rise and fall our clients endure just as personally. Because each of us is right there with them. We’re totally happy when we all succeed.
No matter what it is, a direct response letter, a billboard, an online banner ad or a television storyboard, our clients know we won’t show it if we don’t think it has a chance of succeeding in their marketplace.
We don’t like doing work we don’t believe is right. That kind of work is called “rolling over.” It’s unpleasant, costly and it destroys morale. Rolling over makes us take things less personally. And if we’re working with you, the day we stop caring is the day we should go away. We really try to avoid rolling-over.
“Rolling with it” means working with you to develop approaches that’ll work. To get the information we need, ask the questions we need to ask and to explore differing points-of-view at the start. That way we begin our work with a shared understanding. The result is better work done more quickly. And we don’t have to roll-over.
We want our agency to grow. We believe that growth is built on doing good work. And we define “good work” as something that matters. To us. To you. And maybe even more importantly, to your customers.
Now that you know who we are, can we get to know you?
